ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is an industry leader in sports, experiential, and financial marketing. They are growing at a rapid speed and are looking to expand their current team of in-field sales representatives.
THE ROLE
As an In-Field Sales Representative, you will be required to approach prospective customers and successfully acquire credit card sales in retail stores.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be comfortable with face to face and direct sales, and provide excellent customer service while informing customers of the benefits and incentives of the credit card. The role requires commuting to multiple retail locations in across america.
AS A SALES REP, YOU WILL
• Approach leads and secure new credit card customers
• Inform customers of the benefits of the card and distribute promotional materials
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries
• Fulfill monthly sales targets to increase your earning ability
WHAT WE OFFER
• Hourly base, uncapped commission, and weekly/monthly bonuses
• Ability to create your own schedule and request work locations

• Training is fully compensated
• Lunches and breaks will be compensated for
• Average annual earnings for full-timers between $35,000 - $65,0000
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Great people skills with no fear of rejection
• Experience with face to face sales
• Comfortable using an iPad or willing to learn
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets
• Organized, punctual and a quick thinker with the ability to problem solve

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to approach and engage with customers
• Comfortable working alone and unsupervised
• Able to work at multiple retail locations within the area
• Clear a background check as a condition of employment
